Paul Merson has insisted Harry Kane is the best striker in the world, edging out Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland as he is the 'whole package.'
Tottenham forward Kane moved joint-top of the Premier League top scorers list with his 17th goal of the season from the penalty spot in a 2-0 win against Aston Villa on Sunday.
The 27-year-old has also dropped deeper at points this season, linking play superbly, and broke the Premier League record for most goal combinations, with fellow forward Son Heung-Min.
And former Arsenal midfielder Merson believes the England captain's all-round game puts him on a different level from Borussia Dortmund star Haaland.
