Harry Kane 'is OPEN to signing a new Tottenham contract' after becoming 'increasingly hopeful' of finally winning silverware at Spurs, with Antonio Conte also set to stay following £150m injection of funds

Harry Kane is reportedly ready to discuss extending his stay at Tottenham after becoming happy with the direction the club is heading in.

The 28-year-old tried to force through a move to Manchester City last summer after falling short once again in his quest to win a major trophy, with the forward failing to report back for pre-season training on time last summer.

A move to the Etihad never materialised and saw Kane reluctantly stay at White Hart Lane. However, with Antonio Conte at the helm, Spurs were able to secure Champions League football for next season and the forward is reportedly increasingly hopeful he can end his wait to win some silverware.
