Bayern have agreed a £100million deal for Kane but have been left waiting to complete the historic transfer amid concern at the German club that the deal was stalling.
Talks between Bayern, Tottenham and Kane were taking place late into Thursday amid growing optimism from the Bundesliga end that the striker remains set on joining.
The German giants have openly courted Kane for weeks having been assured, privately, that the 30-year-old would move to Bavaria.
