Paris Saint-Germain have made Harry Kane their number one transfer target this summer and would be prepare to shell out £150million on the Tottenham goal machine if Kylian Mbappe or Neymar depart the French giants.
Kane, the only player in England's top flight who is in double figures for goals and assists so far this season, has been largely responsible along with Son Heung-min for keeping Tottenham just about in contention for the top four after a dramatic mid-season slump and struck up a strong relationship over five-and-a-half years with Spurs' former manager Mauricio Pochettino, who is now in charge at PSG.
