Graeme Souness has criticised referee Mike Dean for not sending off Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba for his challenge on Tottenham's Dele Alli.
Pogba set up Marcus Rashford for the only goal of the game as United secured a 1-0 victory at Wembley.
However, Souness believes that Pogba's challenge in the 78th minute should have resulted in a red card instead of a yellow.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Souness said: 'I think it's a red card.
