Former Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen clearly didn't feel too well during Benfica's clash with Porto after he was shown vomiting on the pitch.
The 34-year-old veteran was caught bending over and throwing up in the second-half, before carrying on with the match between the two bitter Portuguese rivals on Thursday.
It happened five minutes into the second-half and despite not feeling at his best he was able to last the full duration of the game.
What was perhaps more sickly for the Belgian international was the fact that Benfica went on to be beaten 3-1 by Porto away from home.
