Everton boss Ronald Koeman insists he is 'very disappointed' by Wayne Rooney's drink driving arrest but adds he 'will play' against Tottenham

Ronald Koeman has confirmed that Wayne Rooney will play against Tottenham in the Premier League on Saturday.

Everton striker Rooney had been charged in the early hours of Friday morning after being arrested for drink driving.

And speaking ahead of the match with Tottenham, Everton boss Koeman said he was 'very disappointed' with Rooney but also confirmed that he will feature at Goodison Park.
