Erik Lamela has declared his interest in committing his long-term future to Tottenham Hotspur by saying he hopes to become the latest in a line of Spurs stars to extend their contracts.
Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen have all signed up in recent weeks while Jan Vertonghen is expected to join them in the coming days.
Now, the £30 million club-record signing from Roma has sent a message to White Hart Lane officials by saying he is ready to talk about extending his £65,000-a-week deal.

He told the Evening Standard: 'I would like to [sign a new deal] because I am very happy here.
