The England star told us afterwards that his team-mates had pulled his leg a little on his strike - a key goal to put us 3-1 up just before half-time on our way to a commanding 4-1 win at Wembley.
"The lads are all saying it came off my shin but I’m just happy it went in!" said Dele after taking his tally to three goals in nine matches in the Premier League.
"It was a good time to score as well, just before half-time and 3-1 is a lot different to 2-1. I’m happy to score but more importantly is was a fantastic performance and we’re all delighted to get the win.
