Danny Rose tears into VAR system after Tottenham's farcical FA Cup tie with Rochdale: 'Waiting around not knowing what's going on - it's ridiculous'

Danny Rose has not held back in his analysis of the Video Assistant Referee system, branding it 'ridiculous', 'complete nonsense' and a 'shambles'.

Despite Tottenham winning 6-1 in their FA Cup replay over Rochdale, Rose was left with a feeling of frustration as VAR caused constant stoppages.

It ruined what should have been a memorable evening for Rochdale at Wembley, according to the England international, and it annoyed the players on the pitch.
