Tottenham have suffered a blow to their pre-season preparations with news forward Heung-min Son requires an operation on a fractured arm he suffered on international duty.
Son, who scored 21 goals last season, landed awkwardly following an aerial challenge during the 3-2 World Cup qualification defeat to Qatar in Doha on Tuesday.
Scans later revealed the 24-year-old had sustained a fracture in his right forearm and is now set for an operation on Friday which could see him sidelined for at least four weeks.
