Barcelona 'want to sign Villareal's World Cup winner Juan Foyth in the summer, with the Argentine defender at the top of Xavi's wishlist' for right back

Barcelona are reportedly keen on snapping up Villareal's Juan Foyth in the summer to fill their gap at right back.

The Catalan giants have been left without a natural defender on the right after Hector Bellerin's move to Sporting Lisbon on deadline day.

The club usually utilise Jules Kounde at right-back, despite his abilities in central defence as well, while Sergi Roberto and Ronald Araujo are Xavi's other options.

But Fichajes believe that Barcelona will be keen to snap up Foyth from their LaLiga rivals in the summer transfer window, to bolster their options there, and allow Kounde to play central defence if necessary.
