2017-18 in numbers - successive top three finishes

We've had 24 top three finishes in the Premier League/old Division One/old Division Two since our first season in the Football League all the way back in 1908-09 - 18 of those have come in the top flight.

Arthur Rowe's pioneering 'push and run' team of the early 1950s were the first Spurs team to complete three-successive top three finishes, followed by Bill Nicholson's all-conquering team of the early 1960s that achieved it four times on the trot.
