The playoffs are only a couple of weeks away, and the Toronto Raptors are preparing for a deep postseason run. They currently sit at the two-seed in the Eastern Conference and still technically have the possibility of getting the one seed.
According to reports, Toronto doesn’t have seeding as a top priority. It makes sense. The Raptors will win their first-round playoff series no matter who they face.
With the bottom of the east involved in a tight seeding race, the Raptors have enough firepower (not to mention home-court advantage) that the Brooklyn Nets, Detroit Pistons, Orland Magic, or Miami Heat wouldn’t be able to survive a seven-game series against them.
