it feels almost blasphemous to have a Toronto Raptors team without Vinsanity. VC is undoubtedly the guy who put Raptors basketball on the map.
Raptors basketball and Carter are almost synonymous. However, if you forget the feelings of euphoria after a jaw-dropping jam, VC’s numbers at the height of his career are not too different than DeRozan’s. However, I gave the nod to DeRozan because of his role in taking the Toronto Raptors to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2015-2016, as part of the greatest era of Raptors basketball to this point.
Nor could I have forgave myself for putting him over his cousin T-Mac either, whose skill set allowed him to be one of the greatest scorers in the league’s history.
