On February 17th, the 2019 All-Star game will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina, home of the Hornets. There will be a few interesting changes to look for. First, LeBron James being in the Western Conference could mean a new captain from both the East and the West. In addition, the draft in which the two captains choose from a pool of players from both conferences will be televised.
However, there’s more to this All-Star weekend than the game on Sunday. The Rising Stars game and All-Star Saturday Night have also been known for their fair share of memorable moments in history.
