The 2018-19 season was a memorable one for the Toronto Raptors and their fans. So much so, they ended up taking home the Larry O’Brien trophy.
Everything was perfect.
However, the season could have ended in a completely different way.
Maybe the team faces some injury issues. Maybe Pascal Siakam doesn’t take the leap that he did. Who knows, “the shot” could’ve bounced a fifth time and fallen out instead of dropping.
Raptors fans are lucky to have that experience. As for the 2019-20 season, everything is different.
The expectations for the team have changed.
