Vote: Who is the best point guard in the Eastern Conference?

As the NBA's second-leading scorer at 29.8 points per game, Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas is having an incredible season that has delivered some remarkable moments.

Not only does Thomas lead the league in fourth quarter points per game (10.6), but according to ESPN's Kevin Pelton -- who lays out a case suggesting Thomas could be better than Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas --- the 5-foot-9 point guard could become just the fifth player since 1977-78 to have an adjusted true shooting percentage of .700 or better.

While Thomas has earned his second consecutive All-Star appearance, he still faces a lot of tough competition in the Eastern Conference.
