Kawhi Leonard’s decision to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers shook the NBA to its core. The agonizing wait for the 28-year old’s decision did not play out the way many had hoped. However, hope is not lost. The Toronto Raptors are in an interesting position. They can still remain competitive with the already existing roster. Or, Toronto’s front office may choose to blow everything up.
