It’s been a long time coming but the Toronto Raptors supporting cast has finally arrived at the big dance.
The story of the series so far has been the incredible play of Kawhi Leonard, who has – at times – single-handedly put the Raptors on his back against the Philadelphia 76ers. In some instances, Game 2 and Game 3 for example, it hadn’t been enough.
Leonard was playing some of the best playoff basketball ever but without the aide of his compatriots, it would be all for nothing. Kyle Lowry and Marc Gasol were passing up on open threes, and when they were electing to shoot them, they were missing them.
