Toronto Raptors grades in loss to the Boston Celtics

We now know for sure that the Toronto Raptors aren’t going 82-0 this season.

As expected, it was a much less inviting crowd for the Raptors in Boston compared to their home-opener. They were seeking their first win in Beantown since late 2016 and, unfortunately, were unsuccessful in their efforts.

The two biggest areas of concern in this one were their rebounding and ball control. The Raptors rebounding hurt them against the New Orleans Pelicans, but tonight was much worse. They only managed to gather 46 boards while giving up a total of 21 offensive rebounds, which led to 21 second-chance points for the Boston Celtics.
