Toronto Raptors: Grades from thrilling W over Utah Jazz

The Toronto Raptors rode a pair of superb performances to a hard-fought 122-116 victory over the visiting Utah Jazz. Kawhi Leonard and Pascal Siakam both reached career highs in single-game scoring with 45 and 28 points, respectively.

The Jazz had no answer for Leonard, particularly in the second half, where he poured in 30. Utah wasn’t getting points to match except from small forward Jae Crowder. He had 22, including 4 of 5 from (well) beyond the arc.

This game was something of A Tale of Two Halves. The Raptors weren’t getting any calls in H1, unlike the Jazz, who went to the free-throw line 19 times to our team’s 5.
