Now that the Toronto Raptors have officially made their lone 2023 NBA Draft pick and brought Gradey Dick into the fold, the attention can shit wholly toward free agency. The Raptors need to improve, but so do fellow fringe teams looking to add difference-makers.
The Raptors may not have a history of being big movers and shakers in the offseason, but this campaign is an entirely different beast. Toronto has big names in the free agent miasma, all while many of the players already on the team are wrapped up in trade rumors.
No matter what happens in the next few days, the drama and intrigue surrounding this team is not going to die down one bit.
