The NBA, trying to speed up the game and allow for more drama at game’s end, has cut timeouts in the final two minutes from three to two. And it’s going to take coaches some time to get used to.
“I like ’em,” Raptors coach Dwane Casey said of the new rules. “It speeds up the game, you have to be judicious with your timeouts toward the end of the game.
