The Toronto Raptors have some quality players on their roster, but don’t enjoy the presence of an MVP candidate. We were reminded of the gap between one of those and the rest of the league last night. Russell Westbrook was in the building, and ran roughshod over the befuddled home side. His remarkable combination of speed, court vision and deadly shooting was on full display, as he led his Thunder mates to an easy win.
Westbrook managed to compile his NBA-leading 33rd triple-double (24 points, 16 assists, 10 rebounds) of the season without playing in the fourth quarter.
