Looking to bounce back from a frustrating loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, the Toronto Raptors welcomed the Sacramento Kings to the Scotiabank Arena. A game that would kickstart a run of four games in six nights, a sign that basketball comes at you fast.
Rather than focus too much about what was to come, Nick Nurse and the Raptors would have been wise to put all their efforts into getting past a Kings team that was looking to make amends for a slow start.
The Raptors deserved their win, and in the process, continued their perfect start at home for the season, but a 124-120 scoreline was unnecessarily close, given the circumstances.
