The Weekly Rap, Nov. 28th-Dec. 4th: The Grey Cup Runneth Over

Related Topics: Henry Burris, Rapping

Since the Raptors haven’t played since Friday, let’s fulfil our #CanCon requirements and talk about the 104th Grey Cup, in which the RODBLACKS of Ottawa took down Calgary.

Whoops, I mean REDBLACKS.

It was one of the best late-November classics in recent memory, starting with Henry Burris’ Willis Reed moment pre-game. Burris came running out of the tunnel after introductions following a report he wouldn’t be able to go with a knee injury sustained during warm ups. He proceeded to play like LeBron to take down the Stampeders (Who at 15-2-1 had a Warriors like season), throwing for 461 yards and three touchdowns en route to the 39-33 OT victory.
