It’s safe to say that when it comes to excellence at the executive level, the Raptors are at the top of that list.
However, the one area where Masai Urjiri and the Raptor’s executives might excel at the most is managing contracts of their players. Toronto has had a number of players on bargain contracts over the years, and there has never been a situation where the Raptors have completely strapped themselves with a bad deal.
