PHILADELPHIA—There may be external pressure on Raptors coach Nick Nurse to do something after a Game 2 loss in his team’s second-round playoff series with Philadelphia. Because external pressure always exists on NBA coaches still working at this time of year, when every little decision is analyzed and overanalyzed and analytically dissected.
Everyone has an answer and everyone has an idea of what will work better. It’s nonsense, of course, because the vagaries of the game are too much for anyone to know anything.
