Where do we begin with this? Oh I know: DeMar DeRozan, demonstrably the second best player on the Raptors (by a wide margin) is rated exactly one (1) point ahead of Kyle Lowry. This is the same Lowry who, as you may recall, exists in a clear and unimpeachable state over everything.
