Chris Bosh is a particularly controversial figure in Toronto Raptors history regarding one debate: having a jersey retired at the Scotiabank Arena.
For most fans, three people are near guaranteed locks for the honor with Toronto: Vince Carter, DeMar DeRozan, and Kyle Lowry. Bosh, on the other hand, is a more polarizing figure in this debate.
On one hand, during his tenure with the Raptors, Bosh was a five-time All-Star and accomplished several feats, including making the All-NBA second team in 2006-07. Furthermore, Bosh is currently Toronto’s franchise leader in six categories — total rebounds (as well as offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds and rebounds per game), total blocks and defensive win shares.
