Ross three-pointer seals Raptors’ ugly OT win over Nuggets

The worst of head coach Dwane Casey’s fears were realized in a wretched Raptors second quarter when they gave up 38 points and saw a 10-point lead after one quarter turn into a five-point deficit at the half.

He had to wait until overtime but Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan scored 30 points for the 10th time in 12 games as Toronto won in Denver, 113-111.

DENVER–The play was run perfectly, a solid screen, a pass delivered on time and on target and a silky smooth jump shot that looked good from the second it was launched.
