From Doug Smith of the Toronto Star, we have our next Raptors-related signing. According to Smith, the Raptors are reportedly going to add Malcolm Miller, a 24-year-old small forward from Maryland, to the roster by using one of their two-way contracts.

As outlined above, Miller tracks as a small forward (a current need for the Raptors). He was signed by the Celtics before the 2015-16 season but didn’t stick.
