Earlier today we reported that the Toronto Raptors training camp roster was at 19, but it now looks to be the full 20. The Athletic’s Blake Murphy, tirelessly working the roster update Bat-phone, reports that Oshae Brissett will be joining the Raptors for training camp in Tampa:
Oshae Brissett will also be in camp, bringing things to 20.
Not sure of Brissett's contract status though. He's RFA with a 2-way qualifying offer at last update, but could be on a new NBA deal, signed to 2-way, camp deal, etc.
