Report: Chris Boucher agrees to 2-year, $13.5 million contract with Raptors

First, having already lost Serge Ibaka, Toronto said goodbye to Marc Gasol, then welcomed Aron Baynes, and finally, as reported by ESPN: they re-signed Chris Boucher to a two-year, $13.5 million contract.
