MIAMI—One day, maybe it will be easy. This series hasn’t been that, in any way — overtime games, close games, games that come down to making shots despite all the pressure weighing you down. The Toronto Raptors and the Miami Heat haven’t played pretty games, but as Miami’s Dwyane Wade put it, “I don’t know how much tighter your butt cheeks can get than this series.”
Well, I guess we’ll find out. The Raptors trailed for most of the last three quarters, and could never string together enough two-way play for a credible run. The Heat won Game 6 103-91, and this sluggish, eye-bleeding, sloppy, slow, brutish, destructive and possibly pyrrhic playoff series will take the maximum seven games to decide.
