Raptors’ Powell might find less is more in pursuit of playoff minutes

The one characteristic that Norm Powell has steadfastly shown since he joined the Raptors has been an unwavering belief in himself.

He has said for years, through ups and downs and in good health and bad, that he knows he can do whatever is needed, that his work ethic will allow him to survive, that the confidence will be well founded.

In many ways, it is his blessing and his curse.
