Raptors lose to Clippers as Lou Williams catches fire

The Toronto Raptors started out on fire. Jonas Valanciunas could not be stopped and the team jumped out to an early 18-point lead. While the Raptors lead did slowly dwindle to just seven at the end of the first, the scoring did not. After just one-quarter the Raptors put up 35 points, with seven different players hitting at least one bucket.

The second quarter was played to a draw. With JV only able to play three minutes due to foul trouble, the Raptors lacked a true inside presence and the scoring started to slow, with Toronto only putting up 25 in the second frame.
