SACRAMENTO, CALIF.—It was just two weeks ago that the Toronto Raptors faced the Sacramento Kings and familiarity may help rather than breed contempt.
“Personnel hasn’t changed as much, we know what the problems were last time we played them, how they attacked us and took advantage of us in certain situations so it should help,” coach Dwane Casey said, recalling a 96-91 Kings victory at the Air Canada Centre.
The Raptors were without Jonas Valanciunas in that game — he sat out with a sore knee — and Sacramento’s DeMarcus Cousins lit them up for 22 points and 14 rebounds.
