MEMPHIS—In what will soon be known as the best regular season in Toronto Raptors franchise history, more milestones await.
Already at 50 wins for the first time and owners of a third straight Atlantic Division championship, the Raptors can tie a franchise record for road wins by beating the Grizzlies here tonight.
At 21-13 going into the game, Toronto already has the third-best Eastern Conference road record; the 2013-14 and 2014-15 Raptors teams each won 22 games away from home.
“Our players have an us-against-them road mentality and they’ve developed that for a long period of time,” coach Dwane Casey said this morning.
