Our mothership, FanSided, has pulled together an celebration called “Fandom 250”. It’s an attempt to rank fans of all stripes. FanSided covers so many topics beyond hoops, and perhaps I should be pleased followers of the Toronto Raptors are ranked #240. It’s true the fact our team’s fans have even made the rankings at all is an accomplishment. But I’m not smiling.
I find the most head-scratching aspect of our ranking to be Raptors’ fans status as the 12th most loyal and passionate in the NBA. Actually I’m astonished our army of supporters worldwide isn’t ranked much higher.
