In the immediate aftermath of a dominating defensive performance — perhaps the best four-game stretch of defence in franchise history — the Raptors were not going to gloat.

They were not going to get to full of themselves, not be fat and happy after at dispatching the Orlando Magic in the first round of the NBA playoffs.
