Raptors Defeat the Hornets, 113-111

In a game of runs showcasing two of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors prevailed with an exciting 113 - 111 win over the Charlotte Hornets.

With stalwart defender Michael Kidd-Gilchrist out for the game, DeMar continued his hot start to the season scoring 14 of his team high 34 points in the opening frame. While Pascam Siakam struggled from the tip, the strong play of DeRozan and Jonas to start the game was enough to overcome a torrid start by Kemba Walker as the Raptors took a 1 point lead heading into the second quarter.
