An offensive performance worse than a combined 21 points in six games — his production in the Eastern Conference final — is probably not in the cards. Green’s point production hadn’t been as dismal since the first of his 23 playoff series, back in 2011, when he had five points for the San Antonio Spurs in four games against the Memphis Grizzlies.
It is also probably not in the cards after his Game 1 performance, 11 points in 29 minutes, 3-for-7 from behind the arc.
