Raptors crash in Game 3 vs. Cavaliers

Fight and force was what Dwane Casey wanted from the Toronto Raptors — signs of life and the extra level of competitiveness that he knew they had in them.

That, he got.

The three-point shooting improvement that the head coach so desperately needed as well?

Not so much.

And because the Raptors continue to mess around from beyond the arc, they not only wasted the best playoff performance of DeMar DeRozan’s career, they have also seen their season basically come to an end.

Despite DeRozan’s 37 points — and this was without his offensive running mate Kyle Lowry — the Raptors couldn’t get any offensive production from three-point range and dropped a 115-94 decision to the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Air Canada Centre on Friday night.
