MILWAUKEE -- The Toronto Raptors started guard Norman Powell in Game 4 against the Milwaukee Bucks and brought center Jonas Valanciunas off the bench as they tried to even their first-round Eastern Conference playoff series Saturday.
Toronto coach Dwane Casey had said he was going to make changes after the Bucks blew out the Raptors 104-77 on Thursday to take a 2-1 series lead. The Raptors announced the switch about 15 minutes before tipoff.
Powell, a 6-foot-4 guard, gives Toronto more speed than the 7-foot Valanciunas to counter the athletic Bucks.
