Barney’s back!
With the Toronto Raptors celebrating their 25th anniversary this fall, the NBA team is bringing back their classic dinosaur look for six games this season, said Dave Haggith, senior director of communications at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.
The retro dino jersey, dubbed the Hardwood Classic, will be one of four uniforms the team will wear this coming season along with the regular home, road and the OVO (black and gold).
“The return of The Dino. Coming soon,” the team teased on its official Twitter account Friday.
More details on 25th anniversary celebration will be released over the next few weeks, Haggith said.
