From Jan.10-13 the entire NBA G-League participated in the annual NBA G-League Showcase hosted by none other than the Raptors 905. The G-League Showcase features 26 games in just four days, all played in the same city. The showcase is designed to provide NBA teams the opportunity to scout the top G-League talent without the burden of traveling across the country.
During the G-League Showcase the Raptors 905 went 1-and-1, and although their 10-game winning streak was snapped, the showcase was still, in large part, a success.
The first game of the Showcase for the Raptors 905 was a 109-83 beat-down of the Santa Cruz Warriors.
