While they didn’t mirror the high standards set by their NBA peers, the Raptors 905 had another successful campaign in 2018-19. They qualified for the playoffs, posted a winning record, and enjoyed the services of the G League MVP in Chris Boucher. Now it’s time to get excited for a new season in Mississauga, though, as the 2019-20 schedule arrives.
The 905 open their season on Friday, November 8 as they take on the Grand Rapids Drive. Their first matchup against the Long Island Nets, the team that ousted them in the playoffs last season, comes on December 5 — which is also Mandela Night and a game that’ll be played at Scotiabank Arena.
