The Pelicans were the big winners of the NBA trade-deadline “season” with their heist of DeMarcus (Boogie) Cousins from the Kings. Now fans in New Orleans are impatient to see positive results from this momentous deal. They have a right to expect them; the Pelicans last won a playoff round in 2007-08 (Hornets then), and have made the post-season once in the past five tries. Enough with the rebuild already.
